A: The Junction provides basic troubleshooting assistance when you are experiencing any issues with your service. You will need to call in to the office for this support, or reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are unable to get the issue resolved with tech support, then an appointment will be scheduled for a field tech to come out for further assistance. In the event that is it an issue with a router or another non-Junction related problem, your account will be assessed with a service call fee. However, if it is an issue with any of our equipment, or if your gear needs to be upgraded, that will be of no cost to you. The Junction reserves the right to charge an account with any and all fees associated with installation and/or repairs if applicable. Most of the time, our customers see no charges for standard support and appointments.
