Troubleshooting
Most issues can be solved by performing one of the following actions:
- Turning your computer off and on again.
- Turning your router off and on again.
- Unplugging your injector and plugging it back in.
If none of these actions solve your connectivity issues, please contact us at (918)256-3186 and we will be happy to help get you back up and running.
Programs such as uTorrent, Frostwire, BitTorrent, RapidShare, TorrentHound, etc. are not allowed on our network. These applications can open thousands of connections that not only slow down your devices, but can affect others on the network. Every ISP is required by law to enforce a policy where action is to be taken against those who infringe on any and all copyrighted material.
Billing
You are billed every month on the date that you started service. You are expected to pay that balance no later than 15 days after the bill date, as stated in your Junction contract. You can also receive a 15% discount for paying 12 months in advance.
You can pay online here, call (918)256-3186 and make a payment over the phone using a credit or debit card, or come in to the office during business hours.
The Junction offers an ACH option that debits your checking account. This happens every month on the 4th. You will need to fill out a form giving us permission to withdraw from your bank account and provide us with a voided check. Auto Pay with a credit or debit card will process each month on your anniversary date.
The Junction Internet generally send bills via email. If you do not have a current active email, The Junction can provide one for you. You get five free emails with your Junction account. Your statement will be sent to you via email on your anniversary date each month.
The Junction does have a paper bill option. With this option however, we only send out the statements on the 5th of every month and we do charge a $4 fee for this method. Talk with one of our customer service reps when opting for statements by mail, to ensure that your bill date does not fall after the 5th.
If you refer our service to a friend and they list you as a referral source on their contract then you can receive a free month of service! Our referral program is unlimited
