How signing up works

  1. Check your address

    Enter your address above. We check it against our coverage area and show you which plans can reach your location.

  2. Free site survey

    A technician comes out to test the quality of service at your property and find where the best signal is. There is no charge for the survey.

  3. Installation

    Once the survey checks out we schedule the install, typically within a few days. Timing can shift depending on how booked the technicians are that week.

  4. Get online

    Your service starts the day it is installed, and that date becomes your monthly billing anniversary. Every plan includes unlimited data.

What installation involves

For fixed wireless, we mount a small radio on your property wherever the signal quality is best. A cable runs from that radio into the building through a small hole in the wall, which we seal so it stays weatherproof. Inside, the cable connects to an injector box that powers the radio, and a LAN cable runs from the injector to your router — which is what your devices connect to.

Fixed wireless needs a line of sight from the radio to one of our towers, which is what the free survey confirms before you commit to anything. Fiber installation differs and is walked through separately when you order.

Weather very rarely affects service. When it does it is usually physical damage from hail, lightning, or a tornado, and we replace the damaged equipment.

Our primary service across the whole coverage area, and the option for rural addresses where there is no fiber. Internet is delivered from one of our towers to a radio installed at your home or business. Unlimited data, no data caps.

Fiber

Symmetrical speeds from 500 Mbps up to 5 Gig, starting at $50.00/mo on a 24-month agreement. Currently available to select addresses in Vinita only.
